By using this site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of this site. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access the canvasbay.co.uk website.

Descriptions of goods and services included in the Canvasbay site are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

By supplying us with your artwork, you agree that you have the copyright or licence in the image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph / artwork. Under no circumstances will Canvasbay be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork that is in breach of copyright.

Artwork supplied.

Canvasbay cannot be responsible for the final outcome of a print if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a print size required by yourself. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied photograph or artwork is poor. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected.

Right to refuse artwork.

canvasbay.co.uk hold the right to refuse artwork which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to, racial discriminating picture, pornography, poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Payments and delivery.

All orders need to be paid for in advance via the shopping cart using your credit/debit card or Paypal.
Delivery is expected to be made within 2-3 days of payment.
Delivery will be made via Hermes or Interlink depending on the order size, weight and value.

Refund/Cancellation.

Please message us using the contact us page or live chat when available to cancel an order, orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase after this only orders that have not been printed/manufactured can be cancelled only.
You may return an item for a refund up-to 28 days from purchase where the customer is responsible for return courier.
Defective items may be returned for a refund/replacement within 1 year of purchase.

The completed work.

Canvasbay will do their best to give you a product as close to your order as possible. However, under no circumstances will Canvasbay be responsible for differences in monitor to printout differences on varying systems. Loss or damage Canvasbay shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us. Discrepancies Any discrepancies in the final work delivered to you must be reported to Canvasbay within 24 hours of receipt.
